Many think of large hotels in particular as being dominated by the large, corporate style standardised hotel. Not here. Here the customer is king, not the clock. Here you are a friend, not a number. This hotel has a warm personality all of its own.

The most important ‘awards’ we receive are the accolades and the countless letters of thanks and appreciation from real customers, past and present. Far more satisfying than any plaque on the wall although we have plenty of these too.
