Our meticulous Wedding Co-ordinators and impressive facilities help personalise your day to make it everything you'd ever planned.

With a private red carpet entrance, air conditioning, large windows providing plenty of daylight, unique portable dance floor and a private bar & foyer area, it's perfect for drink receptions. We can cater for large weddings (up to 260 guests) and for more intimate celebrations in the Suite, which can host up to 90 guests and has its own lobby area & bar.

The lovely grounds of the hotel have a beautiful decked area with an ornamental pond - a picture perfect spot which offers the ideal backdrop for your wedding photos. And if the Scottish weather does not co-operate on the day, we have plenty of indoor space as an alternative.

The Ailsa Suite

The larger of our two function suites has unique features. With its private red carpeted entrance, large windows providing an abundance of natural daylight and private bar, our Ailsa Suite is perfect for drinks reception’s prior to your wedding meal.

• Located on the ground floor our Ailsa Suite is fully accessible.
• Direct access outside for photographs
• Partitions allowing the full suite to be broken down or opened up to its full capacity of 220 for a wedding meal and evening reception.
• Portable dance floor to allow you to choose the layout of your evening reception. 
• Neutral décor to complement any colour scheme you may select.

Our wedding co coordinators and events professionals are experienced in producing truly memorable ceremonies and wedding receptions.

We will be your key contact in the handling of your big day and will be on hand to answer and worries or concerns you may have.

We take a consultative role, helping to advise you on every aspect of the planning of your wedding.  We shall be there for you from booking to the day itself and help with as much or as little as you require.

We can advise on local suppliers for additional aspects of your wedding day requirements.
